TECHNICAL COOPERATION FOR THE FORMULATION OF THE TECHNICAL BASES OF THE START OF THE PROGRAM TO SUPP
Dr. LUIS F GIACOMETTI ROJAS Executive Director of SIGIL Consulting Group, SA, signs a contract for the provision of consulting services with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the formulation of the technical bases of the Early Child Development Support Program (DIT), an initiative financed by the IDB in support of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Paraguay (MSPBS). This work intends to advance the design stage of the activities that will be implemented in the operation of the DIT program, such as the design of the integral care model, development of health service networks, mapping of gap studies, among others. This includes the validation of pilot projects that will serve as a basis for the implementation phase during the execution of the operation and technical support to the MSPBS team to advance in the beginning phase of the operation. All this, as part of the Bank's actions in support of the country in the development of its strategic axis in health and specifically in relation to the early development component of childhood, which is based on the implementation of an integrated system of services Of health that prioritizes the organization of the system from primary health care networks.
