SIGIL CONSULTING GROUP WILL CARRY OUT THE EVALUATION OF THE TOURISM BUSINESS PLAN IN COLOMBIA HEALTH
The Bank of Foreign Trade of Colombia (BANCOLDEX) has selected SIGIL CONSULTING GROUP to evaluate the Business Plan of the Health Tourism Sector (PNSTS), since its entry into the Productive Transformation Program (PTP). This project seeks to make a diagnosis of the implementation and results of the PNSTS that serves as the basis for a competitive survey of the health tourism sector, and formulate a strategic action plan that will strengthen and position the sector in the domestic front And external through transversal axes of development of: human capital, institutional strengthening, infrastructure, logistics, sustainability and regulatory framework.
As a result of this evaluative exercise, Colombia and its strategy must have actions to face the main challenges and challenges imposed by the market dynamics in terms of the adoption of marketing tools, the use of technologies, the adoption of international standards of Quality and safety of services and the strengthening of its human capital in the field.
