SIGIL CONSULTING GROUP, SA SUBSCRIBES A CONTRACT WITH THE BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION TO ASS
On September 1, 2011, the service contract between this important international organization and SIGIL CONSULTING GROUP SA was signed in Seattle (USA) with the headquarters of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). To provide the firm's specialized services in support and technical support to strengthen decision-making, risk management and knowledge management in the Mesoamerica Health Initiative 2015 (SM2015). The funds for this initiative are provided by the BMGF itself, the Carlos SLIM Institute of HEALTH ISCS (Mexico) and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID), which are administered and managed by the Inter-American Development Bank. To this end, SIGIL Consulting Group SA became the first Latin American company to sign a contract of this type with the BMGF, thus becoming an important link and technical support both for the SM2015 Initiative Coordinating Unit, and through it, for The Country Execution Units, since the SM2015 initiative covers the development of operations in eight countries of the Mesoamerican region such as Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
